EBI RESOURCES SDN BHD (EBI) is an established wholly owned Bumiputera company, located at The Trillium@Lakefields, Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. EBI started as a private limited company on 27th December 2007, registered company under Companies Commission of Malaysia (Co. 800900-H) and also registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (No. 357-02124927). In June 2012, EBI has been accredited with ISO 9001:2008 covering Call Centre Operation, Maintenance and Services of Computer Hardware and Software Application as well as Provider of Information and Data Management Services. Then in September 2018 we upgraded our ISO to ISO 9001:2015 covering 'Provision of Support for Call Centre Operation, Total ICT, Telecommunication and Engineering (Hardware and Software Solution), Maintenance and Services As Well As Provider of Information and Data Management Service’
EBI was acquired through a management-buy-out agreement with the previous group of companies, bringing along the skill-set of business intelligence systems which include professional customization of clients’ business needs and system development.
The company was originally involved in the business of Corporate Performance Management such as conducting training, operational managed services, call center / help desk, IT managed services, application enhancement services and management reporting services. Then EBI progress into all areas of Information Technology, Computers and Telecommunications with its brand products under (Community Management System through a platform of 4 components - Community Management, Delivery Program Management, Enforcement, Audit and Community Support, Outcome Analysis), (IT security and surveillance related matters such as antivirus, web application firewall, database encryption and managed security services), (Hardware components covering server, network peripheral, cables, lighting, UAV, CCTV, door access), (accounting system that covers full set of account including payment gateways solution which is part of the ERP system) and (Managed Services and Call center/Helpdesk).
